Insurance facilities should be covered by the sender against total loss of parcels. (Note that no insurance amount will be paid for any damage to the goods while they are being transported to the respective destinations.) If the value of the goods exceeds 10,000.00 rupees, an amount of 3.5% of the value of the goods must be paid as insurance charges for those goods.
