What our Quality Policy means

GTV Express operates a Quality Management System certified to ISO 9001:2015. Our Quality Policy sets out the standards our teams work to — from first pickup to final delivery, across international express, economy, domestic and freight services. It defines how we handle your goods, how we measure our performance, and how we put things right when they go wrong. It is approved by senior management, communicated to every employee, and reviewed regularly to make sure it still reflects the business and the customers we serve.
